Don’t know if you’ve checked this guy out, but there’s
a young Romanian guy called Raresh who plays some brilliant house very much in
Villalobos’s style, in fact, he’s one of Villalobos’s protégés!
Really worth checking out some of his mixes.  He also has a label called
ar:pi:ar with his Romanian mates Pedro and Rhadoo and the three of them (or sometimes
just two) play out under the ar:pi:ar name.

I haven’t listened to this mix, but here’s one with
a Raresh and Villalobos playing together - http://soundcloud.com/r_co/ricardo-villalobos-raresh-live-15-years-fuse-tour-taxis-brussels-25-04-2009

Here’s a three hour Raresh and Rhadoo mix - http://soundcloud.com/r_co/raresh-rhadoo-live-12hrs-dance-marathon-ciriac-iasi-romania-28-05-2010

Granted, this isn’t up everyone’s street.  Their
style really split opinions with my friends back home in the UK but I think it’s
great and worth checking out.  The beat rolls along nicely and the sets really
keep a great momentum going.  Raresh’s knowledge of house music for a
relatively young guy is breathtaking – he does stuff like pulling out
Sneak b-sides from the mid-1990s and uses them in the mix in a way that sounds totally
fresh.

Where is it at 909 ?

Anyway so . finally got a new mix up.

Sorry but I have totally given up on the techno again.  Am I sinner?

As much as I like whats out there I simply can't resist the house on

offer.  And to be honest I want more sex in my music, the techno is

getting a little dry and aesthetic, I need wetness and bumping rubbing

  goodness . etc

um yea . so stuff I am really digging at the mo '

  (anything by) Luna City Express

Kim English (for the solid proper old school house vibe)

Ricardo Villaloboss - 808 Bass Queen (this is making me wet!)

  (anything by) Shur-I-kan

Tales Of Innocence - Swirl People Vocal Mix (oooo yea)
